There's a huge choice of designs and fabrics to choose from. Additionally, Stuart Jones provide a service to upholster a headboard with your own fabric.

Hardwood headboards are manufactured in Cirencester using traditional craft skills alongside modern methods. Available in a range of timber finishes and cane, all pieces are made to order, and are available in special sizes. And all of these headboards can also be made into a bedstead.
