Returns & Refunds
We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your mattress and every effort is made to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. However, sometimes problems do occur, and should any of your order appear to be either faulty or damaged, please let us know either by telephone or email and then return the goods to us for a replacement or refund.
If your mattress arrives in perfect condition, but you decide, for any reason, that you do not want to keep it, please contact us within seven days of delivery and we will arrange for a collection and refund (excluding cost of delivery/collection and a 20% re-stocking charge). For hygiene reasons, mattresses cannot be returned once the packaging has been removed.
Cancellations
Cancelling your order prior to dispatch is possible but, because all mattresses are to order and not regular stock, cancellations incur a re-stocking charge of 20%. This is deducted from the refund total.
Methods of Payment
You can pay either by credit/debit card over the telephone or online. We accept Visa credit/debit cards and Mastercard credit cards.

Security
You can order online with confidence - our secure credit card facilities are provided by SagePay, in conjunction with our bank. No credit card information is requested until you are transferred to the SagePay secure server from our checkout page.
For your own security, no credit card information is held by Abingdon Beds. Your personal information that we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy, the Data Protection Act and UK law.
